Has anyone used FreeWorship with a matrix switcher?
I’m using a laptop and have connected an hdmi out to the switcher.
The option does not popup to extend the displays.
    What am I doing wrong?

    Thanks.

I would think this has nothing to do with FW. Your laptop seems to not recognise the switcher as connected device. iirc hdmi devices should report themselves to the master with their capabilities when powered up / connected, perhaps your switcher does not to this in a manner recognised by your laptop.

Perhaps you can try different combinations of laptops / monitors / switcher(s) to isolate the problem.

    good luck!

oh, and cables! do check / swap cables. There are a number of different ones with different pins populated or not. Check the requirements of both your graphics card output and the device.

Thanks Alex. I agree with you. I don’t think this is an FW issue either.
I was hoping someone had run into this and had to configure the laptop a certain way.

I think I’ll call Wyrestorm tech support. That’s the switcher manufacturer.

    Thanks again.

    This has been solved.
The display settings were set to Duplicate.
Once I changed that to Extend, everything worked like it’s supposed to.
Got to use the software for the first time during VBS last night.
It’s simple. Which is good for me ’cause I can’t do complicated. And serves our purpose perfectly.

    Thanks and God bless.
